The last full service pack for Exact Globe Next was released in March 2026. New features and new regulatory requirements will now only be developed in Globe+. Globe Next will receive regular support through the end of 2027, with exceptions for Payroll and e-invoicing, among others.

Check what works for Globe+ and where adjustments or other solutions are needed.
3. Test before switching
Check in advance to ensure that critical processes, integrations, and reports are functioning properly in the new environment.
4. Plan the transition
Determine the right time, prepare users, and make sure it's clear what needs to be done during and after the transition.

No two Exact environments are the same. Especially if you’ve added customizations, integrations, or additional solutions over the years, it’s important to know in advance what the transition to Globe+ will entail. If I use Exact Salaris, when should I switch?
For organizations that use Exact Salaris, the transition is necessary sooner. That is why we recommend not waiting until the end of 2026 to assess your needs and make plans, so that there is sufficient time for preparation, any necessary adjustments, and the actual transition.
Can I use Exact Globe Next and Globe+ side by side?
No. Exact states that Globe Next and Globe+ cannot be used simultaneously. This makes it especially important to prepare thoroughly and test your environment in advance.
Will my links and customizations still work in Globe+?
That depends on your current environment. Third-party solutions, in particular, must be checked in advance. Therefore, before making the switch, identify which integrations and custom solutions you are using and whether any adjustments are needed.
What will happen to my current records?
Your existing Globe system will serve as the foundation for the transition. The additional work required will depend, among other things, on your system configuration, customizations, integrations, and technical environment.
Is the software upgrade to Globe+ free?
The software upgrade to Globe+ is free of charge. Work required for tasks such as inventory assessment, customization, integrations, setup, or support is not automatically included.
How do I know what my organization needs?
Start by assessing your current Exact environment. This will help you determine which components can be transferred immediately, which require additional attention, and which improvements you might want to implement during the transition.
