Challenge and Solution
The ABC Group consists of four IT consulting firms: ACE, Beyond-IT, Cereus, and DynApps. They provide project management, staffing, and technical services and specialize in Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle, Java, and OpenERP software.
The ABC Group wanted to streamline the administrative processes for filling out timesheets and invoicing. The goal was to work more efficiently and reduce errors caused by manual data entry. In addition, they wanted to rethink their recruitment process to match the right candidate to an open position more quickly.
Together with Alistar, the ABC Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM, enhanced with a recruitment application from Alistar that was built as an add-on to CRM. The company’s consultants can now log their hours online, and the ABC Group can match job applicants with open positions more quickly through a structured process.
