Need for Better Organization of the Annual Get-Together
Digitaal Vlaanderen is the digital agency of the Flemish government. Its ambition and mission are to further expand the digitization of public services in Flanders. Every year, Digitaal Vlaanderen organizes a networking day. During this annual event, the agency presents its products and services to clients through various informational sessions and workshops. To organize this networking day, they use a special Event module in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Alistar developed this event module, also in collaboration with the Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Successful Organization of the "Trefdag Digitaal Vlaanderen" Event
Thanks to the event module, organizing the annual gathering is much more efficient and professional. Customers can easily register online via a public registration page and also put together their own schedule of workshops and information sessions without any trouble. After registering, the customer automatically receives a confirmation via email. A few days before the event begins, the visitor receives a reminder email containing some practical details. If the customer wishes, he or she will also automatically receive a certificate of attendance after the event.
Thanks to Alistar’s event module, organizing the Trefdag is a smooth and fully digital process: from registration to post-event follow-up. Everything runs like clockwork.
