Need for a new and more efficient CRM system

To support its internal and external communication processes, the University of Antwerp’s communications department had been using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for some time. Due to years of use, a few irregularities had crept into the CRM application. There was a clear need for an upgrade and a complete restructuring of the CRM environment.

Efficient management of contact information and reliable marketing lists

Alistar handled the upgrade to a recent version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and optimized the structure of the CRM package. With the new CRM environment, the university can efficiently manage its extensive contact database of more than 65,000 contacts. Changes made to the source files are now automatically reflected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, making manual updates a thing of the past. The communications department can now also quickly create dynamic and reliable marketing lists without having to rely on the IT department.

The next phase of the CRM project will be the decentralized implementation of the CRM system. The goal is for the nine faculties to also use CRM independently and apply it to their external communications.

I would definitely recommend Alistar to other companies that are considering implementing or launching a CRM system.
