You can download the license for your Exact software from the Exact Customer Portal via this link. If you cannot access the Customer Portal, please contact our Service Desk at 088 411 42 00 or ask us your question Exact and Business Cloud Portal.
Exact Globe
You must renew your license every year. You can renew the license for your accounting system via the menu path [☰ > System > Renew Exact Globe Next License]. You must perform this action for each accounting system.
Exact Synergy
You must renew your license every year. You can renew your Exact Synergy license via the menu path [Modules > System > Configuration > License > Renew].
Please note: Do you have an Exact Globe integration? If so, don't forget to update the license for your integration solution as well. If you use ELIS (Exact Lightweight Integration Server), you must update this license in a timely manner. In this document You can find more information about updating this license here.
Exact Financials
You can make changes to your license via the menu path [Menu > System > Configuration > License Voucher > Import]. Are you using the client? If so, follow the menu path [Menu > Configuration > License > Import].
Exact Lightweight Integration Server (ELIS)
You must renew the application's license before the expiration date.
To update the license, open the ‘Exact Lightweight Integration Server Management Console’ program on the application or web server. See the manual Visit the Exact Software website for more information.
