Viva Connections
Viva Connections uses Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to create a streamlined environment for your users. Managers can easily connect with employees through staff meetings, and those employees, in turn, can easily access the organization’s news and policies. Viva Connections also provides access to groups and communities that teams can join via Yammer. Thanks to a digital dashboard, you can find all feeds and information about your digital workplace, allowing you to stay better connected with colleagues and employees.
Viva Insights
Microsoft Viva Insights helps managers, for example, check in on their team members’ well-being to prevent them from becoming burned out. Viva Insights can also recommend that your employees turn off certain notifications in Teams, take breaks on time, or schedule enough focused time each day. In addition, Insights can encourage employees to block off time in their calendars or set daily priorities. Microsoft Viva Insights is primarily designed to provide insight into your team’s social well-being.
Viva Learning
Microsoft Viva Learning helps companies embed the acquisition of new knowledge into their corporate culture. In Viva Learning, employees can easily discover, take, and share new training programs and courses with the rest of the organization. Managers are given the tools to assign specific training opportunities and track progress, giving the learning culture a significant boost. The tool creates a central environment in Teams that uses AI to automatically suggest specific courses.
Viva Topics
Viva Topics makes it easy to find information. The tool uses AI to automatically organize knowledge and expertise. Viva Topics keeps track of all the so-called topic cards, which display documents, clips, and people related to the topic. This saves you a lot of valuable time.
Viva Goals
Viva Goals helps your employees get on the same page and unites them around a shared mission and a common goal. Viva Goals makes it easier for them to access data, receive automatic reminders about deadlines and meetings, and track progress across the entire organization through customizable dashboards and shortcuts.
Viva Sales
Viva Sales serves as a complement to your CRM system. Users can share information from your CRM with other Microsoft applications—and vice versa. For example, transcripts from Teams meetings can be included in customer files, along with information about customer sentiment, follow-up items, and other data. Conversely, your salespeople can transfer customer information from your CRM to Teams chats.
