Champions play a key role in the adoption of Copilot. They provide support to colleagues, share best practices, and foster enthusiasm for using Copilot. Champions help accelerate adoption and ensure greater acceptance.
Community Management
An internal Copilot community provides employees with a platform to share experiences, tips, and updates. This increases engagement and encourages knowledge sharing about how to use Copilot.
Training
Designed to help employees make the most of Copilot in various applications, such as Word, Excel, and Teams. Employees will learn how to use the right prompts and how Copilot can improve workflows.
Incentives and Competition
Incentives and competitions, such as ‘Copilot Employee of the Month’ or team challenges, encourage creative, innovative, and effective use of Copilot and provide a fun and engaging way to get employees excited.
Adoption-as-a-Service
Adoption is an ongoing process. This program ensures that new employees receive training, that new features are used to their full potential, and that the organization stays up to date with the latest Copilot applications.
Measure the Copilot Adoption Rate
Ensuring the success of Copilot adoption requires regularly measuring progress. Clear success criteria and KPIs are established to monitor the impact of Copilot within the organization. Tools such as usage reports, the Viva Insights Copilot dashboard, and the Adoption Score provide insight into usage. Feedback is collected through polls and surveys, revealing which features are effective and where improvements can be made.
