Wellantcollege has been using Exact Financials since 2003 and Exact Synergy since 2007. Head of Accounting Robert Heinerman: ‘From 2001 to 2003, the accounting records were still maintained separately in Exact for DOS. We then consolidated all the separate ledgers into a single ledger within Exact. This saved us a tremendous amount of time, because previously we had to perform all administrative tasks separately for each business unit; now we can do it all at once. We also looked at a number of other solutions at the time, but none of them convinced us to switch away from Exact.
